摘要:

粤港澳年夜湾区黑臭水体管理已获得阶段性功效,可是水情况质量与世界一流湾区比拟仍具有很年夜差距。在水情况质量进级并到达水体利用功能要求下,保守治水模式面对着水体氮磷目标降解难的问题。为此,提出碧道扶植立异治水模式。引见了碧道扶植立异治水模式的内在,和珠海、深圳和广州碧道试点扶植获得的初步功效。连系广州珠江西航道鸦岗断面水质改良和中支涌、鸭涌河的管理结果,论述了碧道扶植经由过程水情况管理、水生态修复和水文化建立的无机连系,可实现水体利用功能恢复,为粤港澳年夜湾区水情况质量进级供给新思绪。

Abstract:
A great progress has been made in controlling the blacksmelly rivers in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Greater Bay Area, but compared with other world-class bay area, there is still much room for improvement in water environmental quality. With the upgrading of the water environment quality and meeting the water functional requirements, it’s a difficult task for traditional water treatment model to decrease the concentration of NH3-N and total phosphorus. Therefore,the innovative water control model of Bidao construction was proposed. The connotation of innovative water treatment model of Bidao construction and the preliminary results of the pilot construction in Zhuhai, Shenzhen and Guangzhou were introduced.Take the water quality improvement of Yagang section in Guangzhou Pearl River West Channel, and the ecological treatment effect of Zhongzhi River, Yachong River as cases, with the organic combination of water environment treatment, water ecological restoration and water culture construction, the innovative water pollution control model of Bidao construction could realize water function restoration and provide a new idea for water environmental quality improvement in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Greater Bay Area.
